Law and the Spaces of Empire

Dr Nandini Chatterjee and Prof. Lakshmi Subramanian co-edited a special issue of the Journal of Colonialism and Colonial History, 15: 1 (2014) on the theme of “Law and the Spaces of Empire.” The essays in this collection were derived from the proceedings of the workshop co-organised by the guest editors in December 2012, at CSSSC, Kolkata.
